Corkyy is a people-powered hiring platform that connects companies with talent through trusted human referrals and endorsements. Think of it as a job marketplace where everyone wins. Job seekers find opportunities, companies find great hires, and people who help make those connections earn rewards. We believe hiring should be more human, more rewarding, and more fun.
Anyone 18 or older! Whether you're looking for a job, hiring for your company, helping friends find work, or all of the above. Corkyy is built for you. You don't need special credentials or recruiting experience. If you care about helping people find great opportunities, you're in the right place.
Head to corkyy.com and click "Sign Up." All you need is your email address, and it takes about a minute. Once you're in, you can start browsing jobs, sharing opportunities, or posting jobs for your company.
Creating an account is completely free. You can browse jobs, apply to jobs, share jobs with friends, and refer people, all for free. Companies that want to post jobs will need a $100/month subscription, but everything else on Corkyy is free to use.
Yes! We take your privacy and security seriously. We use encryption, secure servers, and access controls to protect your information. We never sell your data, and we don't use AI to automatically reject candidates; humans are always involved. For full details, check out our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Email us anytime at help@corkyy.com. We're a small team, so we might not respond instantly, but we read every message and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can.
Once you're logged in, head to the Jobs section. You can browse all open jobs, filter by location, job type, or keywords, and see which jobs have Hire Rewards or Reward Pools attached. You can also get notified when new jobs match your interests.
Open the job, read the details, and hit Apply. There is nothing to upload and nothing to write at that moment. Your profile is your application, and Corkyy sends what is already on it. Because of that, we offer you a quick look at your profile first, in case you want to add experience, education or a resume before it goes. You can skip that and apply anyway. The company sees your application right away.
Never. Applying for jobs on Corkyy is always 100% free. No hidden fees, no subscriptions required for job seekers.
An endorsement is when a Recruiter reviews your application and vouches for you to the hiring company. Think of it like a personal recommendation. It signals to the employer that someone credible believes you're a strong fit for the role. Endorsed applications often get more attention, but they don't guarantee anything. Employers always make the final hiring decision. And don't worry, applying through Corkyy doesn't reduce your chances compared to applying directly. Every application goes to the employer, and if you get endorsed, you might actually have an edge!
Nope. Recruiters can choose to endorse you or not, but they can't block or reject your application. Every applicant, endorsed or not, is visible to the hiring company and fully eligible for consideration. Recruiters are here to help the hiring process, not control it.
Feeder Jobs are jobs that Corkyy posts to external job boards like LinkedIn and ZipRecruiter to increase visibility and drive more traffic to the platform. These are real Corkyy jobs; we're just casting a wider net to attract more candidates. You can apply to them just like any other job.
Yes, on the job board. Switch from All Jobs to My Jobs and you will see everything you have applied to, with a count of any unread messages. A job you have applied to also shows Applied instead of an Apply button wherever you come across it. What you will not find is a status. There is no bar moving you from applied to reviewed to interview, and that is on purpose. Most of what happens to an application happens somewhere we cannot see, and a status that quietly stopped updating would tell you something false about how it was going. News reaches you as messages instead. If a company wants to talk to you it arrives in Messages and the count on My Jobs goes up. Quiet means nobody has written yet.
The hiring company reviews your application. If they're interested, they'll reach out to you directly for next steps, like an interview or additional information. You might also get updates through Corkyy if the company uses our platform for communication.
Not at this time. Once you submit an application, it stays with the employer. If your situation changes (say you've accepted another offer), just let the company know if they've reached out, or email help@corkyy.com and we'll help.
That depends on the employer. Some companies notify all candidates; others only reach out to people they want to interview. We encourage transparency, but ultimately it's up to the hiring company how they communicate.
A Recruiter is someone who helps companies hire by endorsing candidates and sharing job opportunities. Recruiters review applicants, identify strong matches, and vouch for candidates they believe are a great fit. It's like being a talent scout. You don't need to be a professional recruiter, just someone with a good eye for people.
Anyone can become a Recruiter! You can join from the Recruiters link at the top of any page, where there is a Become a Recruiter button. Once you're a Recruiter, you can browse open jobs, join jobs as a Recruiter, and start endorsing candidates. It's completely voluntary. You decide how involved you want to be.
Anyone can share jobs and refer people on Corkyy; that's open to everyone. Recruiters can do those things too, but they also have the ability to endorse candidates, which gives applicants an extra boost with employers. Recruiters also earn higher rewards when someone they help gets hired. Basically, Recruiters have more tools and more earning potential.
An Attached Recruiter is someone who's been specifically connected to a job, either by the employer or by joining the job themselves. Attached Recruiters have a closer relationship with that particular job and earn higher rewards. If you're an Attached Recruiter and you refer someone who gets hired, you earn the full sourcing share (up to 25% of the Hire Reward, depending on whether the job uses screening). Regular Recruiters earn half of the sourcing share, and non-Recruiters earn a quarter. If you endorse someone who gets hired, you earn up to 35% of the Hire Reward, but only Attached Recruiters can earn that endorser portion.
Yes! There's a Recruiter Marketplace where you can browse jobs looking for Recruiters. If you see a job that matches your network or interests, you can request to join as a Recruiter. The company can accept your request, and then you become an Attached Recruiter for that job. One thing to know: until you're attached to a job, you can view the job details and share it, but you won't see its applicants. Once you're an Attached Recruiter, you get the full picture.
When you're an Attached Recruiter for a job, you'll see all the applicants. If you review someone's profile and believe they're a strong fit, you can endorse them. Your endorsement gets flagged to the employer, giving that candidate extra visibility. Bonus: when you invite a candidate directly by email through Corkyy and they apply, your endorsement is created automatically, so you get credit for both referring and endorsing them.
You can only endorse applicants for jobs where you're an Attached Recruiter. You can't endorse candidates for random jobs you're not involved with. The idea is that you're vouching for people because you have context and credibility for that specific role.
As many as you want! There's no hard limit. You can join multiple jobs as a Recruiter, especially if you have a broad network or expertise in different areas.
Recruiters earn rewards when someone they help gets hired. If you refer someone (by sharing a link or inviting them), you earn a portion of the sourcing share. Attached Recruiters get the full amount (up to 25% of the Hire Reward), regular Recruiters get half (12.5%), and non-Recruiters get a quarter (6.25%). If you're an Attached Recruiter and you endorse someone who gets hired, you earn up to 35% of the Hire Reward. Recruiters also earn points in Reward Pools based on their contributions.
Screening is a service Recruiters can provide. When a company adds screening to a job, they choose one designated Screener for it. If you're a Recruiter, check the Screener section of your Recruiter Dashboard to find jobs looking for a Screener and express interest. If the company selects you, you'll pre-qualify the applicants they send your way (a structured screen plus your notes) and you'll earn 40% of the Hire Reward for every candidate you screened who gets hired. It costs you nothing, and it's the largest share of any role.
Yes! The roles stack. If you screened, endorsed, AND referred the same candidate, you'd earn all three shares: 40% for screening, 35% for endorsing, and 25% for sourcing. That's the entire Hire Reward (each share is before the 15% platform fee). Most people earn one or two roles per hire, but there's no rule against wearing every hat.
Absolutely! Being a Recruiter doesn't stop you from being a job seeker. You can wear both hats. Help others find work AND look for opportunities yourself.
Yes. There is no switch for it, so email help@corkyy.com and we will sort it out with you. You keep everything else: your account, your applications, your messages, and anything already in your Cash Jar.
Review applicants thoughtfully, endorse candidates you genuinely believe are a good fit, and share jobs with your network when it makes sense. That's it. There's no quota, no mandatory time commitment, and no pressure. Do as much or as little as you want.
First, you'll need a $100/month subscription. Once you're subscribed, click "Create Job" from your dashboard, fill in the job details (title, description, location, salary, etc.), and publish. Your job will go live right away and start reaching candidates.
You'll need the Corkyy subscription at $100/month. This gives you unlimited job postings, full applicant tracking tools, access to recruiters, and optional screener services.
Attached Recruiters are people who are specifically connected to your job, either because you invited them or they joined from the Recruiter Marketplace. They help by endorsing strong candidates and sharing your job with their network. Think of them as your talent scouts for that particular role.
They review applicants, endorse the best matches, and spread the word about your job. Their endorsements help you identify top candidates faster, and their networks bring in more applicants. It's like having extra eyes and ears in the talent market.
Yes! If you know someone who'd be a great fit as a Recruiter for your job, you can invite them directly. They'll get a notification and can choose to join.
Each hiring user can have up to 100 Attached Recruiters working across their jobs. That's a lot of talent scouts working on your behalf!
Absolutely! Endorsements help highlight strong candidates, but you'll always have access to every single applicant. No one is hidden from you. You're in full control of who you review and interview.
Yes! You can edit job details and update requirements anytime from your dashboard. A few guardrails protect the people already involved: once a job is published, the Hire Reward amount can be increased but never decreased, and you can't switch between a flat fee and a percentage reward. Once applicants have applied, the job's service type and employment type are locked in too, since those affect reward calculations.
Yes. You can pause a job if you want to temporarily stop accepting applications, or close it permanently once you've made a hire or decided not to fill the role.
Feeder Jobs are jobs that we post to external platforms like LinkedIn and ZipRecruiter on your behalf to increase visibility and attract more candidates. It's a way to cast a wider net and bring more applicants to your job. There's no extra cost; it's part of the platform's job distribution strategy.
Yes! You can invite colleagues to join as hiring team members. They'll have access to the jobs you assign them to and can help review candidates and manage the hiring process. Just go to your company settings and invite team members by email.
An enterprise arrangement connects a Lead Company (like an association, chamber, franchise, or parent organization) with its Member Companies on Corkyy. The lead company brings its network onto the platform, and each member company gets its own presence, jobs, and hiring tools. It's how organizations bring hiring to their whole community at once.
An Enterprise Manager is someone at the lead company who manages the roster of member companies: adding new ones, removing ones that leave, and keeping everything up to date. A lead company can have multiple Enterprise Managers. You can add member companies one at a time or upload thousands at once from a spreadsheet, and if a member company is removed, they keep full access for a 30-day grace period so nothing is cut off abruptly.
Hire Rewards are cash incentives tied to specific jobs. Some jobs come with a Hire Reward: a dollar amount that gets paid out when someone gets hired. That reward is split between the people who helped make the hire happen: the person who referred the candidate (sourcer) and the Recruiter who endorsed them (endorser). Companies can also add screening to a job; when a screened candidate is hired, 40% of the Hire Reward goes to the Screener who pre-qualified them and kept them warm through the hiring process.
The Reward Pool is a shared pot of money that Corkyy distributes to the community on a recurring basis. You earn points for helpful activity on any job (endorsing candidates, referring applicants, sharing jobs, inviting people to apply), and when a distribution happens, your share is based on the points you've earned. It's a way to reward collective effort across the whole platform, not just individual hires.
Hire Rewards are one-time payments tied to individual hires: if someone you referred gets hired on a job with a Hire Reward, you get a portion of that reward. The Reward Pool is ongoing: your helpful activity on any job earns points, and recurring distributions are split based on points. They're not either/or. Every job's activity earns Reward Pool points, and jobs with a Hire Reward pay that out on top. So a single hire can reward you from both.
If a job has screening enabled and the hired candidate was screened, the reward is split: 40% to the Screener, 35% to the endorser (Recruiter who endorsed the candidate), and 25% to the sourcer (person who referred the candidate). If the job does not have screening or the candidate was not screened, only 60% of the Hire Reward is distributed (35% to endorser, 25% to sourcer), and the company saves 40%. The sourcer's share also varies: Attached Recruiters get the full sourcer percentage, regular Recruiters get half, and non-Recruiters get a quarter of the sourcer share.
You'll earn 35% of the full Hire Reward for endorsing, whether or not the candidate was screened. (When there's no screening, only 60% of the reward is distributed in total: your 35% plus 25% to the sourcer, and the company saves the rest.) That's the gross amount before the 15% platform fee. For a $1,200 Hire Reward: you'd earn $420 (35%), minus the 15% fee = $357 (net).
You'll earn 40% of the Hire Reward if you completed the screening for the hired candidate. That's the gross amount before the 15% platform fee. For a $1,200 Hire Reward, you'd earn $480 (40%), minus the 15% fee = $408 (net). Screeners earn the largest share for their work pre-qualifying candidates.
You'll earn 25% of the full Hire Reward for sourcing, whether or not the candidate was screened. (When there's no screening, only 60% of the reward is distributed in total, and the company saves the rest; your 25% is unchanged.) For a $1,200 Hire Reward: you'd earn $300 (25%), minus the 15% fee = $255 (net). Non-attached Recruiters earn half of this (12.5%), and non-Recruiters earn a quarter (6.25%).
The platform fee is what Corkyy charges to run the platform and process payments. It's 15% of your gross earnings from Hire Rewards. So if you earn $100 (gross), the platform fee is $15, and you keep $85 (net). The company pays the full Hire Reward amount; Corkyy takes the 15% fee from the people who earn the reward. Good news: Reward Pool distributions have no platform fee. One thing to keep in mind either way: the standard withdrawal fee (3% plus $3) applies whenever you cash out your Cash Jar, no matter how you earned the money.
You earn points by contributing to the hiring process anywhere on Corkyy: endorsing candidates, referring applicants, sharing jobs, inviting people to apply. Your share comes from your points, measured against everyone else who helped the same way that period.
Typically on a weekly basis, but it's not guaranteed. Distributions depend on admin review, platform activity, fraud prevention, verification requirements, and other operational factors. We strive to keep distributions regular, but timing may vary based on what's happening behind the scenes. It's not automated; we review and approve distributions manually to keep things fair and secure.
Attribution is how we track who helped with a hire. If you referred someone (by sharing a link or sending an invitation), we attribute that referral to you. Attribution determines who gets credit (and who gets rewarded) when someone gets hired. We track attribution through the share links and direct invitations you send. When someone clicks your link and applies (or when you invite them directly through the platform), we record that you're the sourcer. If they get hired, you get credit and earn your share of the reward. That's why it's important to use the platform's sharing tools; otherwise, we can't track your contribution.
Payments aren't immediate. For full-time roles, there's typically a 45-day waiting period after the start date to make sure the hire sticks and the company fulfills their payment obligations. This protects everyone (you, the company, and Corkyy) from fraudulent or short-lived hires. After that, we verify the hire, check for fraud or disputes, and release your payment. Hourly and contract hires work differently: the company is billed monthly for as long as the hired person keeps working (up to 19 billed months), and your reward is paid out month by month as those payments come in. Either way, your reward is only released after the company's payment has actually cleared.
Once you have at least $10 in your Cash Jar, you can request a withdrawal on the Rewards page. We process payments through Stripe, and the funds will be sent to your bank account or payment method on file. Withdrawal fees are 3% + $3 per payout. So if you're withdrawing $100, the fee would be $6 (3% of $100 = $3, plus the $3 flat fee). You'd receive $94.
$10. You need to have at least $10 in your Cash Jar before you can withdraw your earnings.
If you earn $600 or more in a calendar year, yes. Our payment processor (Stripe) will ask for your Social Security Number (SSN) or Employer Identification Number (EIN) for IRS tax reporting purposes. Corkyy doesn't store or access this information; it's handled directly by Stripe in compliance with tax laws. You'll receive a 1099-NEC form for tax reporting if you earn $600 or more in a calendar year.
We never release a reward until the company's payment has actually cleared. That means if a company refuses to pay or goes out of business, the reward unfortunately can't be paid out. We're diligent about collecting, and we do our best to make sure companies fulfill their obligations. But here's our commitment on the other side of that: once money lands in your Cash Jar, it's meant to stay yours. If a payment gets reversed after we've already paid you, our policy is to cover the loss ourselves rather than take it back from you. Outside of truly extraordinary situations (like fraud or a legal requirement), we don't claw back earnings.
We offer a Corkyy subscription for $100/month. It's month-to-month with no long-term contracts, and gives you unlimited job postings, full applicant tracking, access to recruiters, and optional screener services.
Yes, anytime. No penalties, no fees. Just open your company dashboard, go to Settings, and cancel there. Your plan will remain active through the end of your current billing period, and then it'll stop automatically.
Your active jobs will be unpublished. They'll no longer be visible to candidates. You'll still have access to your applicant data and can review anyone who already applied. If you resubscribe later, you can republish your jobs.

Absolutely! Sharing jobs on social media is one of the best ways to help people find opportunities. Use the share button on any job posting to get a trackable link, then post it wherever you want (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, whatever). As long as they click your trackable link and apply through Corkyy, you'll be credited as the sourcer. If they get hired, you'll earn your share of the reward. That's the power of attribution. Your link connects you to the hire.
Yes! For developers, researchers, or automated tools, we maintain a categorized job index organized by function, location, and industry. This is intended for programmatic access and search engine optimization. For the best browsing experience, use our searchable and filterable job board.
